The automatic coupling system AUCOS Coup for trucks and trailers was further developed with its proven components for a customer from Hamburg. The system is already in use there. Now AUCOS Coup can also be used on vehicles with 3.5 inch heavy-duty fifth wheels and 3.5 inch kingpins on the trailer. Equipped with an automatic additional lock, the system offers the same advantages as the AUCOS Coup 2 inch system. The AUCOS Coup automatic coupling system for trucks and trailers has proven itself successfully for over 12 years, with more than 40 million couplings and uncouplings each.

Remote-controlled fixed container locking system or as a lowerable container locking system

This remote-controlled automatic lock secures dropped containers in seconds. The previous, tedious locking by hand is no longer necessary and the driver can be sure that the container is firmly seated on the chassis. This pneumatic, TÜV-tested system can also be operated from the driver's cab with the appropriate control unit. The pneumatic locking system is available as a simple fixed container locking system or as a lowerable container locking system. These systems can also be used for autonomous transport. The use as a swap body locking system is also possible. The design and functionality of the swap body locking system is adapted to swap body vehicles. Automatic hydro-pneumatic supporting leg with hydro-pneumatic drive and automatic screw compensation for loading and unloading. Fast and power saving operation by a pneumatic manual control valve for load- and no-load- stroke. The system is a time-saving solution and creates healthier working conditions for the driver. Today, the system can already be used for internal transports such as container terminals, forwarding yards, production sites, etc. General approval for public road transport is currently being developed. The system is already being used successfully in North American ports.
